 Texas Real Estate Commission ( TREC ) requires licensed salespersons to complete Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) after acquiring their TX Real Estate license.

TREC Requirements 
If licensed before 01/01/06 you must take a 30 Hr. SAE course every year for the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd renewal.

If licensed on or after 01/01/06 you must take two 30 Hr. SAE courses during the first year of renewal.

After SAE courses are completed and requirements are met, you are qualified to take the Mandatory Continuing Education ( MCE ) courses.
